GUIDELINES FOR CATERING ORDERS:
BABY SHOWERS – MINIMUM 2 DAYS DEPENDING ON THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE
BIRTHDAYS – APPROXIMATELY 2 DAYS DEPENDING ON THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE
CORPORATE EVENTS – ONE WEEK AHEAD OF THE EVENT
WEDDINGS – ONE MONTH IN ADVANCE
DELIVERY PRICES WILL BE QUOTED SEPARATELY FOR:
DELIVERY ONLY
PICK UP
DELIVERY AND SETUP(SETUP PRICE ADDED AND PAID IN ADVANCE WITH FOOD ORDER IN FULL)
DELIVERY, SETUP, AND SERVE (HIRE OF WAITSTAFF)
DELIVERY, SETUP, SERVE AND CLEAN UP (POST-EVENT)
Terms and Conditions
Catering orders will only be confirmed by Naija FoodEats Inc. after payment of a 25% nonrefundable deposit by the customer.
An additional 50% payment is due two weeks prior to the event as appropriate when ALL food selections must be made.
Balance is due prior to delivery of food and equipment
Any cancellation request 24 hours or less than the event due date will result in 100% forfeit of all monies paid, and in some cases, the customer may be liable for the remaining 25% of the original order amount.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
